A faster computer is always a good thing. Rather than buying yourself a brand new PC, you can easily add computer memory to your desktop or laptop. Seriously - it’s so easy, even I can do it! RAM is getting a lot cheaper too. OEM PC World offers a neat system scan of your PC to determine exactly what type of memory will work for you, so that you get exactly what you need for more power! (I feel a little like Tim the Tool Man Taylor when I say that!)
Oh yeah much cheaper now! I recently bought an acer and new instead of going to the next expensive one just for the ram at a cost of a $300 increase, I could just go to newegg.com and buy some max it out right away and I’d be bigger and better than the next higher priced laptop!
